JATRA PARIVARTAN
1.Lie down and spread both arms in level of
shoulders and palms should face towards sky.
2. Raise both legs towards sky up 90 degrees to
floor and take it towards right hand and turn the and face towards left side
and stay in this position for near about half or one minute.
4. Keep knees straight and tight and try to touch feats on hands on both sides
